【财华社讯】信和置业(00083.HK)公布，截至2026年6月30日止年度业绩，集团收入92.73亿港元，同比增加13.32%；公司股东应占溢利45.89亿港元，同比增加14.18%；基本每股盈利0.49港元。拟派末期股息每股43港仙。
年度在撇除投资物业公平值变动的影响后，集团股东应占基础溢利为47.89亿港元，同比减少6.43%。计及为非现金项目的投资物业重估亏损(扣减递延税项)1.92亿港元，相比上年同期重估亏损10.84亿港元。
