9月1日，中盐化工（600328）发布公告，周杰因退休，申请辞去公司董事长、董事及董事会下设专门委员会的相关职务，同时不再担任法定代表人。辞职后，周杰不在公司及控股子公司任职。
2026年中期，中盐化工实现收入48.87亿元，归母净利润-2.72亿元。
