当地时间8月30日，OpenClaw发布了迄今为止规模最大的更新，正式推出OpenClaw 2.0。此次更新覆盖OpenClaw的众多部分，包括安装、消息、记忆、技能、模型、自动化、浏览器和原生应用、插件以及安全机制，同时还修复了大量长期积累的问题。
其在官方博客中表示：“我们首先简化了安装流程，并将浏览器应用重新打造为一流的用户体验，但要真正做到这一点，就需要对OpenClaw的其他部分进行清理，最终使其达到OpenClaw 2.0的水平。”
