鉴于台风“沙德尔”减弱后的残余涡旋再次加强为台风（热带风暴级），9月1日白天移入南海东北部海面，自西向东影响我省海域。根据《广东省防汛防旱防风防冻应急预案》和省防总有关规定，广东省防汛防旱防风总指挥部决定于9月1日9时将防汛Ⅳ级应急响应调整为防风Ⅳ级应急响应。
