新京报贝壳财经讯 8月31日，中际旭创公告，拟以不低于40亿元且不超过80亿元的自有资金或自筹资金回购公司股份，回购价格不超过1200元/股，回购股份用于实施股权激励计划或员工持股计划。回购期限自董事会审议通过之日起不超过12个月。
