格隆汇8月31日丨鱼跃医疗(002223.SZ)公布，全资子公司鱼跃（香港）控股有限公司（简称“鱼跃香港”）于近日与 CFTC Summit Fund SPC（简称“投资基金”）签署了《认购申请表》，鱼跃香港拟认购投资基金设立的CFTC ParagonSP、CFTC Paramount SP（简称“标的基金”）A1 类股份，鱼跃香港合计认购金额不超过 1 亿港币（折合人民币约 8,574.32 万元）。
