8月31日，商务部等7部门发布关于推动商品消费扩容升级的实施意见。其中提到，智能消费。建设消费领域国家人工智能应用中试基地，完善人工智能产品研发机制，推出一批国际领先、消费潜力大的智能消费品。加快人工智能手机和电脑、智能穿戴设备、智能机器人、智能家居等产品推广应用。建设“人工智能+消费”集聚区和集合店、人工智能应用体验中心等消费基础设施。
