当地时间8月30日，据中国驻尼泊尔大使馆消息，截至当地时间当天中午，在尼泊尔泥石流灾害中已取得联系的中方人员已全部转移至安全地区。
尼泊尔国家减少灾害风险管理局在社交媒体上发文说，截至当地时间30日18时，该国泥石流受灾地区已发现781具遇难者遗体，另有2502人失联。
