【越乔】获悉，8月29日，武汉铁路官微发布： 麻城北站因升级改造，自2026年9月1日起搬迁至北站公交站旁临时站房。
麻城北站是中国铁路武汉局集团麻城车务段管辖的二等站。2009年4月开通投入运营，站房面积5450平方米，覆盖人口超1200万。伴随沿江高铁建设推进，麻城北站正改扩建，未来总规模将达18000平方米，站场4台10线，进一步巩固其作为鄂豫皖三省交界处综合交通枢纽的战略地位。
