封面新闻记者从天津市交通运输委获悉，8月29日，随着10.5万吨级豪华邮轮“理想”号驶离天津国际邮轮母港，2700余名游客开启邮轮无目的地海上游。航线采用“天津始发、原港返航”模式，全程3天2晚，邮轮驶出后前往距离中国领海基线24海里的水域巡游，中间不靠泊，打造海上休闲新玩法。（封面新闻记者 戴云）
