【和誉开曼有限责任公司：拟变更公司名称】 和誉开曼有限责任公司公告称，拟将公司英文名由“Abbisko Cayman Limited”更改为“Abbisko Medicine Co., Ltd.”，中文双重外文名称由“和誉开曼有限责任公司”更改为“和誉医药有限责任公司”，待开曼群岛公司注册处处长批准，自其发出更改名称注册证书之日起生效。公司拟于2026年9月17日召开股东特别大会审议该特别决议案，同时授权任一董事办理更名相关全部事宜。
