格隆汇8月28日丨江山股份(600389.SH)公布，近日，公司董事会收到杜辉先生的书面辞职报告，因到龄退休，杜辉先生申请辞去公司总工程师、首席研发官职务，根据《中华人民共和国公司法》《公司章程》的有关规定，杜辉先生的辞职报告自送达公司董事会之日起生效。
