8月28日，富淼科技（688350.SH）公告，公司此前审议通过拟收购沃特泰科2674万股股份、取得51.1649%股权。目前，公司已支付首期股权转让款合计人民币1.25亿元，隆霖沃格已完成工商变更登记，公司通过其间接持有沃特泰科2400万股股份，对应45.9221%股权；直接受让沃特泰科5.2428%股份的过户手续正在办理推进中。
