今天（8月28日）8时05分前后，今年第18号台风“沙德尔”在浙江省台州玉环市坎门街道沿海登陆。浙江、福建将承接最强降雨，局地有特大暴雨，登陆点附近及北侧将形成风、雨、潮“三碰头”的局面。后期“沙德尔”将深入内陆，带来的风雨影响范围广、持续时间长，强降雨或波及江西、湖南、湖北、广东、广西、贵州、云南等9省区。
