新京报贝壳财经讯 8月26日，宇晶股份发布公告称，公司于2024年10月与海外某企业签订的金额约2.44亿元《采购合同》不再履行，原因是客户所在国家监管政策及市场环境出现重大变化，合同生效条件未能达成。目前公司未针对该合同开展实质性工作，本次合同不履行不会对公司生产经营产生影响。
