8月25日，华鼎控股（03398）发布公告，预计在截至2026年6月30日的六个月内将录得净亏损不超过1.28亿港元，去年同期净亏损为6440万港元。净亏损较上年同期增加不超过6360万港元，增幅为98.8%。
该亏损增加主要由于政府补助金减少6000万港元以及中国零售业务收入下跌，受消费需求疲软和消费力薄弱影响。
