台湾基隆地方检察署在查缉向中国走私高性能AI芯片及AI服务器的行动中，宣布起诉9名相关人员。
涉案人员包括两家知名科技企业的员工
被起诉者中，包含NVIDIA台湾分公司的员工，以及PC设备制造商Supermicro的员工。检方指控他们涉嫌将AI服务器非法运往中国。
目前检方已正式对上述9人提起公诉，案件进入司法程序。
