【摩根士丹利：发行挂钩阿里小米的可赎回牛熊证】 摩根士丹利公告称，Morgan Stanley Asia Products Limited作为发行人，由摩根士丹利提供无条件不可撤回担保，发行挂钩阿里巴巴集团控股有限公司、小米集团相关股份的单一股份可赎回牛熊证，发行规模合计1.20亿份，每手买卖单位为2000份。该牛熊证为R类无抵押结构性产品，具备强制赎回机制，已申请于香港联合交易所上市买卖，流通量由Morgan Stanley Hong Kong Securities Limited提供。
