菲律宾一轮船海上沉没全过程曝光，10名船员跳海逃生。8月24日，菲律宾三描礼士省一艘正在进行打捞作业的船只，突然发生倾覆。事发时海上风高浪急，船体急剧向右舷倾斜，船员接连跳海。随后这艘载有约1.5万升柴油的船只完全沉没。菲海岸警卫队表示，10名船员全部获救，强浪可能加剧船只倾斜，初步调查显示，船只的油箱未受损。
