【小米发布首款AI旗舰SoC芯片】《科创板日报》24日讯，今日，小米发布首款AI旗舰SoC-玄戒O3。据悉该芯片采用3nm工艺制程，所有主要模块全部部署了硬件AI加速单元；端侧AI计算，相比传统旗舰SoC，首词速度提升40%，推理速度提升45%，运行功耗降低了26%。（科创板日报记者 余诗琪）
