本报23日讯（记者吴玉玺）受上游来水及降雨影响，23日8时，乌苏里江海青水文站水位为40.12米，根据《松辽流域主要江河洪水预警发布管理办法》规定，松辽委水文局于23日8时升级发布乌苏里江海青段洪水黄色预警。
