受今年19号台风“紫檀”影响，广西崇左市多地遭遇持续性强降雨，江河水位暴涨，出现内涝、农田淹没、乡镇断电断网等灾情。截至8月23日15时，崇左市宁明县紧急转移群众超1.6万人，当地启动防汛一级应急响应，抢险救灾工作正在加紧开展。
