国家海洋预报台今天（8月23日）发布海浪黄色警报。受第19号台风“紫檀”影响，预计8月23日下午到24日下午，北部湾将出现3.5到5.8米的大浪到巨浪区；海南北部、西部近岸海域将出现2.5到4米的大浪到巨浪，该近岸海域海浪预警级别为黄色。请在上述海域作业的船只注意安全，沿海各有关单位提前采取防浪避浪措施。
