8月23日，慧谷新材（301683）发布公告，公司于2026年8月20日召开董事会，审议通过使用超募资金投资新项目的议案，同意由全资子公司珠海慧谷新材料作为实施主体，建设珠海慧谷功能性材料建设项目（一期）。项目预计总投资4.5亿元，拟投入超募资金2.25亿元，实际投资额以最终发生数为准。
2026年中期，慧谷新材实现收入5.76亿元，归母净利润1.11亿元。
