预计23日下午到24日上午，张家口南部、承德南部、唐山北部、秦皇岛北部、保定大部、石家庄北部等地有较强降雨，部分地区1小时雨量可达30毫米以上或6小时雨量可达50毫米以上，个别地点累计雨量可达100毫米以上。请注意防范上述地区山区及浅山区的次生灾害风险。
