中新经纬8月23日获悉，阿里巴巴宣布拟向美国境外的非美国人士配售新股，配售总金额为800亿港元。这也是阿里巴巴2019年港股上市以来首次启动新股配售。
本次配售所得款项净额将100%用于投资全栈AI能力，加强AI基础设施建设，进一步巩固阿里在AI领域的全球领先地位。
