千龙网北京8月23日讯 据北京市突发事件预警信息发布中心最新消息，北京市水务局与市气象局2026年8月23日10时30分联合发布山洪灾害风险蓝色预警：预计8月23日10时30分起，我市密云区、平谷区、怀柔区、门头沟区可能发生山洪灾害（蓝色风险）。请公众远离山洪沟道，暂停涉山涉水户外活动。
