建设路火车站下穿通道施工全部结束，8月23日零时起，建设南路由南向北、朝阳街（建设南路—双塔北路）由东向西解除交通管制，火车站下穿通道双向恢复通行。
请广大驾驶人按照道路标识通行，注意出行安全。
