根据中华人民共和国公安部令第164号《机动车登记规定》第四十一条第四款之规定：已注册登记的机动车，机动车所有人办理注销登记时未交回机动车登记证书、号牌、行驶证的，车辆管理所应当公告机动车登记证书、号牌、行驶证作废。以下581辆机动车（464辆小型汽车、19辆大型汽车、16辆摩托车、14辆低速车、68辆外地车）办理报废注销业务，原牌证未收回，（2026年6-7月份）现公告原牌证作废：
