8月20日，中国台湾证券交易发布公告称，自12月7日起，盘中零股交易的委托申报时间将提前至上午8:30，与普通交易时段保持一致。零股交易开盘时间也将由9:10提前至9:00，与整股交易同步。配套措施，包括盘前信息披露及延迟开盘机制将同步实施，以此提升盘前透明度，维持价格发现功能。
