格隆汇8月20日丨工商银行(01398.HK)公告，中国工商银行股份有限公司2026年二级资本债券(第五期)(债券通)("本期债券")已于近日在全国银行间债券市场发行完毕。本期债券发行规模为人民币600亿元，品种为10年期固定利率债券，在第5年末附有条件的发行人赎回权，票面利率为1.81%。本期债券募集资金在扣除发行费用后，将依据适用法律和主管部门的批准，补充本行的二级资本。
