8月20日，欣龙控股（000955）发布公告，公司股东海南筑华以侵权责任为由对公司（一审被告）提起的诉讼，经二审判决，驳回上诉、维持原判，即一审驳回原告全部诉讼请求的结果得以维持，该案涉案金额约2358万元。
2026年中期，欣龙控股实现收入2.10亿元，归母净利润-308万元。
