据路透社19日报道，受俄罗斯与乌克兰互袭港口和货船影响，俄乌两国在黑海和亚速海地区的粮食出口已近乎停滞，出口能力损失超97%。路透社说，全球小麦价格8月以来已上涨约6.5%，比去年同期高约30%。有贸易商表示，黑海局势仍不见缓和，全球粮食供应压力正在增大。
