8月19日，晨丰科技（603685）发布公告，公司近期根据相关要求，对涉税事项开展自查，需补缴税款和滞纳金合计522万元。截至本公告披露日，上述税款及滞纳金已全部缴纳完毕。
该涉税事项不涉及行政处罚。预计该补缴事项将计入公司2026年度当期损益，对公司2026年度归母净利润的具体影响以经审计的财务报表为准。
2026年一季度，晨丰科技实现收入2.42亿元，归母净利润997万元。
