近日，浙江一网友发视频称自己刚买了两个月的新车停在公共区域，深夜被邻居故意划伤，哨兵模式记录下了整个过程。事发后双方协商处理，划车邻居赔偿车主4000元。车主表示，停放区域可供所有人停车，双方并无过往矛盾。
