洋葱，欧芹，柠檬，大蒜，芝士，百里香，月桂叶，红糖，蔬菜高汤，白葡萄酒，法式长棍面包，盐，胡椒，黄油

欧芹剁碎。柠檬擦皮碎并与欧芹一同放入小碗中。大蒜剥皮剁碎。格吕耶尔芝士擦屑后，放置一旁。洋葱剥皮切丝。

中火在大汤锅中加热酥油。放入百里香、洋葱丝、大蒜以及月桂叶。高火煮约5 - 10分钟，或直至洋葱变透明，期间不停搅拌。火力减为中火，再煮约10分钟。
