北京商报讯（记者 马换换 李佳雪）8月17日晚间，A股"人形机器人第一股"宇树科技（688836）披露公告称，公司股票将于8月19日登陆科创板上市。
据悉，宇树科技本次公开发行的股票数量约为4044.64万股，占发行后总股本的比例为10%，本次发行不涉及老股转让，发行价格为150.8元/股，发行后的总股本约为4.04亿股。
