格隆汇8月17日丨锦江酒店(600754.SH)公布，公司拟将直接及通过上海锦江国际餐饮投资管理有限公司（简称“餐饮投资公司”）间接持有的上海锦江国际食品餐饮管理有限公司（简称“锦江食品”）100%股权出让予上海锦江城市服务有限公司（简称“锦江城服”），转让对价为人民币2,467.00万元。
