【雅天妮集团：独立非执行董事及董事委员会成员变更】 雅天妮集团公告称，自2026年8月17日起，马世钦辞任独立非执行董事，不再担任薪酬委员会主席、审核委员会及提名委员会成员。同日，胡小凡获委任为独立非执行董事，同时出任薪酬委员会主席、审核委员会及提名委员会成员，任期一年，年度酬金12万港元。
