8月16日，江苏省宿迁市泗洪县半城镇洪泽湖水域，多台水陆两用挖掘机开展圩堤清退作业。
当地大力推进退圩还湖、退圩还湿工程，累计恢复湖面33.3万亩，有效修复湿地生态、扩容湖体水面，优化生物栖息环境。
