8月17日，复宏汉霖(02696)发布公告，于2026年8月16日，公司与Sandoz AG(Sandoz)订立合作框架协议，并且就首批合作产品达成产品附属协议及就一款潜在合作产品达成选择权约定。就上述已达成的约定，于2026年预计可达成的开票金额总计不超过1.005亿美元，均取决于双方约定的条款和条件达成。
