作为世界上鸟类资源最丰富的国家之一，中国是全球候鸟跨境迁徙的重要通道。全球9条主要候鸟迁飞通道中，有4条经过中国。
近年来，中国积极推进系统保护、跨国协作、经验共享，与亚太地区多国密切合作，践行共建地球生命共同体理念，为全球候鸟保护贡献中国方案。
