格隆汇8月15日｜澳大利亚联邦银行称，受万事达卡全球性故障影响，澳大利亚用户的万事达卡支付出现交易被拒情况。 用户可上报服务故障的网站Downdetector在周六下午3点收到超过1700条关于万事达卡的故障反馈。 Downdetector上上报最多的故障集中在资金转账与手机银行业务。 联邦银行在官网声明中表示：“如客户遇到交易被拒，请插入银行卡，选择储蓄账户，通过澳洲电子支付系统eftpos完成付款。” “联邦银行其余全部服务，包括自动柜员机，均可正常使用。”
