多家国内成品油监测机构统计，本轮成品油计价周期中，国际原油价格呈现先下跌后回升的走势，整体均价较前期有所回落。此前预测下调幅度大约0.15元/升，昨日发改委公布的实际下调幅度更大，达到0.18-0.19元/升，出行用油开支切实降低。
