河北邯郸市民刘先生反映，当地园博园东门停车场内有100多个新能源汽车充电桩，但自建成后就一直无法使用，部分充电枪甚至已丢失。8 月 12 日，邯郸园博园的工作人员回应：园区原有充电桩系统为老式充卡式充电系统，现阶段正在进行设备升级调试，预计一周左右可投入使用。
