8月14日，应河南省防汛抗旱指挥部请求，国家防总办公室、应急管理部会同国家粮食和储备局调拨编织袋10万条、复膜编织布10万平方米、长丝土工布10万平方米、防管涌抢护单元100套、防汛抢险集装袋200个、防洪铅丝网500个、折叠式金属网箱500个、抢险舟艇15 艘、救生衣1000件、照明设备100余台、排涝设备10台等中央防汛物资，支持河南做好抗洪抢险工作。
