8月14日，三利谱（002876）发布公告，公司终止2026年度向特定对象发行A股股票，并与深圳市三利沣光电技术有限公司签署终止协议。
公告提到，现综合考虑当前市场环境变化，同时结合公司自身经营状况与未来发展规划，经与相关参与方充分沟通、审慎评估论证，公司决定终止本次向特定对象发行A股股票事项。
2026年一季度，三利谱实现收入9.41亿元，归母净利润3332万元。
