8月14日，太辰光（300570）发布公告，公司召开职工代表大会，经与会职工代表审议，同意选举耿鹏担任职工代表董事，任期至第六届董事会任期届满为止。
耿鹏，现就读于哈尔滨工业大学（深圳）MBA，曾在富士康科技集团、华为技术股份有限公司、中兴通讯（000063/00763）任职。
2026年一季度，太辰光实现收入3.41亿元，归母净利润6578万元。
