格隆汇8月14日丨中利集团(002309.SZ)公布半年度报告，2026年上半年，公司实现营业收入14.78亿元，同比增长76.57%,归属于上市公司股东的净利润为1.15亿元，主要是公司生产经营逐步恢复，主营业务收入同比增长，毛利额同比大幅增长；且报告期内确认大额重组收益，从而使得上半年归属上市公司股东的净利润为正。2026年半年度末，公司总资产为49.47亿元，归属于母公司的所有者权益为19.81亿元。
