格隆汇8月14日丨和而泰(002402.SZ)公布，全资子公司和而泰智能控制国际有限公司（H&T Intelligent Control International CO., Limited，简称“和而泰国际”）于近日与Dream'ee （Hong Kong） Open-Ended Fund Company（简称“OFC”）及其子基金Dream'ee JuneBeast Fund（简称“标的基金”、“子基金”）签署了《认购申请表》，由和而泰国际出资2,500万港币（折合人民币约2,162.50万元）认购标的基金L类股60.98%的基金份额。
